Plum Goodness needed a production ecommerce app that could handle catalog discovery, checkout, order management, and personalized offers — with the polish and performance beauty shoppers expect on both Android and iOS.

What I Built & Why
As mobile app development head, I worked closely with Plum's PM and backend team on data and requirements while delivering performance-first Flutter UI for the core shopping journeys.
